**The Opportunity**

As part of A-SAFE’s ongoing sales growth & transformation, the Commercial Assistant will provide vital support to the Commercial team, focusing on process documentation, data analysis, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives. This role contributes to commercial transformation by driving efficiency, supporting data-informed decisions, and improving the overall customer experience - ultimately helping the business achieve profitable growth and enhanced performance.

**In this role, you will**:

- Document, maintain, and update key commercial processes and content, including SOPs and the Commercial Playbook.
- Support commercial projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Prepare materials for meetings, workshops, and change initiatives, including agendas and presentations.
- Collect, organize, and analyse data to support commercial KPIs and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to develop reporting tools and visualizations.
- Provide insights to regional leadership on training performance, offering suggestions for enhancement and improvements
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders and maintain a log of key discussions and actions
- Have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations
- Be capable of extracting insights from commercial data to support business decisions.
- Understand the importance of user adoption and assists in smooth implementation of new processes.
- Be able to clearly capture, update, and manage business processes and procedures.
