We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for creativity and a growth mindset to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to use your innovative ideas and drive to help our company continue to grow and evolve.
In this role, you will be a key support to our team, in developing and executing creative strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase our brand recognition. You will work closely with our Business Development team to create unique and compelling marketing campaigns that will capture the attention of our target audience.
As a successful Sales Coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate your exceptional creativity and sales skills, along with your ability to think outside the box and find new and innovative ways to drive sales and growth of the business. You will understand KPI’s and have the hunger to exceed sales targets, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
Identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with key customers
Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients

Having a sales mindset and desire for success
Comfortable in an environment of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A passion for creativity, growth, and innovation
A team player and collaboration outlook

**Hours, Pay and Benefits**:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
£25,000 per annum + commission after probation
