**Salary**:£38,734 + depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provision, tracking and monitoring of learning and development initiatives
- Skills/capability gap analysis
- Provision of Central Recording Authority status report as required by MoD.
- As this is the bespoke SWO Facility, management will include monitoring & stakeholder facilitation of Site & Facility outstanding actions, maintaining & improving IT infrastructure

Documentation development for SWO engineering activities that will cover as a minimum:

- Processes
- Quality
- Governance & Assurance
- Update the Business Recovery Plan consistent with the SWO activities at that time and facilitate the yearly desktop exercise.

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- PM Qualification or Degree
- People management skills/experience
- Process development

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Subs
- Building and management experience
- Skills gap analysis experience

**The Strategic Weapon Organisation (SWO) team**:
As a Senior Project Professional, you will work within The Strategic Weapon Organisation (SWO) that has been established to enable the integration of the Trident II D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) into the Dreadnought submarines.

To achieve this, the SWO will provide a team of Strategic Weapon System suitably qualified and experienced personnel (SQEP), fully integrated and working in harmony with all other build delivery organisations and activities.
