Mazars' Client Services Team are the market leaders in personal insolvency and have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is organised, flexible and self-motivated, who possesses strong communication skills, whilst building and developing knowledge around insolvency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Accurate and timely administration of client claims.
- Notification to clients of insolvency events,
- Delivery of client reports.
- Act as a liaison with clients, the Insolvency Service, Insolvency Practitioners and their agents.
- Preparation of standard documents.
- Assisting with monitoring compliance and risk procedures.
- Adhering to statutory deadlines.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Person Specification
- Demonstrating an ability to prioritise and deliver tasks against tight timescales.
- Relevant work experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work focusing on attention to detail.
- Good, numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
- Team worker and self starter.
- Must be a fast learner, enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills.
