**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for staff and clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and spreadsheet management.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.

**Skills**
- Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven data entry experience with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
