**Job Overview**:
As a reliable and organised Part-Time Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our team, and ensuring efficient communication within the company and with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Assist company Director with da-to day tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Organise diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Set up quotes
- **Document Preparation and Management**:
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of project documentation.
- Ensure all documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
- **Office Management**:
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities.
- Implement and oversee office policies and procedures.
- **Client and Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the project management team and other staff as needed.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Croydon, London.
Salary Pro-Rata: £18,000 to £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
