I am looking for a talented and experienced Information Security Officer for an Financial Services organisation in South Manchester. The Information Security Officer will be reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer.

The role if the Information Security officer will be to ensure that my clients Information Security standards follow the group's strategy group but to also challenge and approve Information Security processes and procedures for the organisation.

You will be tasked with ensuring that my clients policies and procedures are up-to-date, risk-based and fit-for-purpose to prevent criminal activity by providing appropriate advice of the organisations Information Security policies and control standards.

Ideally I am looking for someone with experience of operational cyber security controls, has past experience of implementing ISO27001 within a fast past business as well as designing, implementing and maintaining policies, processes and procedures, aligningwith the ISO27001 framework.
