**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, confectionary, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised, and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, notifying management to place further orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with the other bakers to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of baked items.
- Maintain equipment used in baking processes, ensuring they are cleaned and serviced regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food preparation or production preferably within a baking environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
