What will this role achieve?

The Facilities Role will manage 3rd part suppliers who provide our catering solution, our laundry and garment provision and will manage all the soft services on site e.g stationary, photocopiers, postage. They provide the link between the factory and the Regional Facilities Manager and maintains the standard on the sites. They are also heavily involved with the Employee Engagement manager on site as a support in this area. Equally as important they support the Factory General Manager in arranging travel, meeting invites, VIP visits.

What will be your key deliverables?
- To ensure that the Facilities Budget is delivered each month
- That the site standards are maintained and developed where necessary
- The management of all 3rd part suppliers e.g. Laundry, Security, Catering to ensure that service is delivered
- To support the communication on sites
- To support the Manchester Leadership Team
- To support the site in any Hayes led activities

What do you need for this role?
- Good personal and communication skills
- Very good excel, word and presentation skills
- Extremely good prioritisation and problem solving skills
- Good technological skills and use of social media
- Good numerical skills
- A level of management skill would be advantageous in this role.
