Engagement Officer

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced individual who can help us develop and deliver innovative ways of communicating with our communities, and also our colleagues who work across two iconic acute hospitals and community services.
You will coordinate activity relating to all elements of internal and external engagement, helping to develop the Trust's engagement approach with our local stakeholders and the public, including our large public Foundation Trust Membership.
You will work with ESNEFT colleagues to support staff engagement using change projects and staff surveys and support major strategic projects.
With great organisational and communication skills, you will be able to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support for coordination of activity relating to all elements of internal and external involvement
- Developing written and designed materials and content for use in engagement, whether in hard copy or online
- Maintaining our stakeholder database
- Supporting in the design and delivery of public engagement and involvement exercises as required
- Setting up and monitoring surveys
