We’re searching for a junior project manager to contribute to Worldline’s growth and position in UK. When leading a project in Worldline, you are part of a dynamic, high-performing team that delivers innovative solutions to the rail or hospitality industries with a deep understanding of rail processes, systems and data.
Our Junior Project Manager will work with an experienced project manager to provide support, learn and in time have the overall responsibility for successful project delivery, managing scope, time and budget.

**Entry criteria for level 5 apprenticeship;**
- **Individuals to have a minimum of 9- 12 months relevant work experience.**
**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the team in managing projects and writing change requests in support of our larger programmes
- Supporting the Head of Delivery in maintaining financial processes, progress reporting and administrative processes
- Independently managing change requests, projects and project teams
- Ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget
- Tracking progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements
- Managing risks and issues, put mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring project resource availability and appropriate allocation
- Ensuring the timely processing of quotes and invoicing against milestones
- Handling changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate techniques

- Maintaining customer relationships, and delivering high customer satisfaction
**Skills we can’t do without**:
- Relevant educational background preferably in the fields of business, economics, computer science, technology or engineering
- Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Previous experience of management or team leading, including finance, risk, issue, change and client management
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- A desire to build strong client-facing and internal presentation skills
- Pragmatic, yet highly organized and structured
- Results oriented with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in written and spoken English
**Skills we’d like**:
- An understanding of the UK rail or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of working in distributed teams
