**Job Title: Aftersales Advisor**

**Location: BCA Blackbushe**

**Salary: £23,777 per annum**

**Working Hours: 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday 7am-7pm on a rota basis (Part Time hours also available and can be discussed at interview)**

**Main purpose of the job**:

- To deliver industry leading levels of customer service to our Buyers.
- Deliver an efficient, high quality collection experience.
- Ensure queries and complaints are resolved in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Vehicle production administration, including data entry and document management.
- Administer the Click and Collect process ensuring a consistent, positive buyer experience and efficient dispatch to hauliers.
- Provide counter service to customers and visitors.
- Support buyers through the swift resolution of queries and complaints.
- Liaise with central claims team to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and recorded accurately.
- Action requests for information or action from the central Call Centre.
