Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is rapidly growing with expansion in the UK. We plan on opening Slim Chickens across the UK and are building a team of passionate, ambitious, drivenpeople to deliver the best possible guest experience and to help us in opening our new sites.

We have built up a reputation of serving the highest quality chicken, marinated in buttermilk, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order, all served to our guests with our friendly Southern American style hospitality. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the dooris always open.

As a Shift Leader / Supervisor you will...
- Assist the management team in driving the performance of the team and the restaurant.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Slim Chickens and create that welcoming atmosphere that our guests associate with Slim Chickens.
- You'll be overseeing the running of shifts and helping to ensure that all standards are met in terms of quality, service, hygiene, financial audits and health & safety.
- Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality
- Play an active role in promoting your restaurant and the Slim Chickens brand in your local area
- Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Proactively develop your skills and knowledge to be the best at what you do
- Please note: A requirement of the role is to serve alcohol unsupervised
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Team Leader is preferred
To carry out this role you will need to be over 18
