Look no further We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for our exciting new opening in Guildford

Slim Chickens is an exciting fast-casual restaurant brand that has built up a huge following in the U.S.A and is rapidly growing with expansion in the UK. We plan on opening Slim Chickens across the UK and are building a team of passionate, ambitious, drivenpeople to deliver the best possible guest experience and to help us in opening our new sites.

We have built up a reputation of serving the highest quality chicken, marinated in buttermilk, hand-breaded and cooked-to-order, all served to our guests with our friendly Southern American style hospitality. Our food is honest, meals are social, and the dooris always open.
We know that the experience our guests receive will only be as good as the people who deliver it, and this is where you can get in on the action and join the Slims Nation.
As an Assistant Manager you will...
- You will support the General Manager in the day to day management of the business, both Front of House and Back of House
- Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver outstanding guest hospitality
- Act as a brand ambassador, building awareness of the Slim Chickens brand
- Support with local marketing opportunities to drive sales and the presence of your restaurant and the Slim Chickens brand in your local area
- Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Proactively develop and train your team to be the best at what they do
- Help in building a passionate, engaged team that provide a great guest experience and can support with future new site openings
To carry out this role you will need to be over 18
