To help maintain their strong presence in the market, they are looking to boost their team with some highly enthusiastic and winning personalities.
**The role:
**You will be joining the team to generate New Business Sales appointments where comprehensive training and support will be provided from the very beginning to maximize your success and earning capabilities.You will be with an ambitious team keen tosupport you, with rewards given for individual and team success, along with a host of bonuses and team incentives available.
The role consists of outbound telemarketing, relationship development and the ability to identify, track and develop business opportunities.My client is looking for great business appointments to be generated for an experienced field sales team.The positionwould ideally suit a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for hitting achievable targets and earning uncapped commission.
In return, you will receive an Excellent Basic Salary plus Uncapped Commission and bonuses.
**The Person:
**Highly Motivated, Competitive and Resilient, Excellent Communication Skills, Initiative and Problem Solving, Team Player, High Attention to Detail and Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
**The Salary**: £18 - £22,000 + Uncapped Bonus and Incentives
