Marketing Executive required for an organisation in the Bridgend area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the growth within the founder company and a recently acquired business. The role will be varied day to day, you will be working for an SME business so will be required to multi-task and prioritise your workload. There will be a great deal of autonomy within this role and you will also work closely with the Managing Director. You will gain exposure to many different facets of the organisation so this may appeal to somebody who is looking to gain wider business experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Set up & Management of Sharepoint & Dropbox file sharing platforms
- Collaborate with the management team to create engaging content for various channels
- Support graphic design efforts by creating visually appealing materials
- Assist with copywriting for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts - Linked In, Twitter, Facebook
- Manage and update content on websites and content management systems
- Assist in performance marketing efforts, including tracking and analysing campaign performance
- Help manage social media accounts and engage with followers on platforms such as: Linked In, Twitter, Facebook

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Good knowledge of Sharepoint / Dropbox
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is beneficial
- Knowledge of performance marketing concepts and strategies is a plus
- Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes is desired
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and processes is a bonus

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
