**About the Male Personalisation Support Worker role**:
You'll be working closely with a male service user who has a brain injury from over 20 years ago. This brain injury has caused some cognitive problems such as attention, concentration, processing and understanding of information, memory and behaviour that is socially acceptable. Any biological/neurological background or experience would advantageous.
**Skills and experience of our ideal Male Personalisation Support Worker**:
- Numerate and literate
- Experience of supporting a person with a learning disability and/or autism
- A positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities
- A commitment to promoting choice
- An understanding and commitment of the rights of people with disabilities
- Able to carry out personal care
- Able to work varying shift times
- Ability to adapt to a number of challenging environments
