**Vibrance**has an exciting opportunity for a **Support Worker** at our Granville Rd project **N22.**We currently have **Full and Part-Time** roles available. Full-Time 37 hrs a week salary: £23,582pa

**Vibrance**is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex.

**About the Support Worker role**:
You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role. What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.

You Must be willing to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays including sleep over shifts.
- Support customers with personal care
- Medication administration
- Support to attend health & medical appointments
- Support to maintain home environment: Cleaning/laundry
- Support with preparation of meals and cooking
- Support with independent living skills
- Support to access the community for activities and shopping
- Carry out key working duties which includes updating support plans, risk assessments and support guidelines.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including, mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep ins.

- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
- A good level of computer skills, Microsoft office suite
- Able to support wheelchair users in the community
