We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across a network of schools supported by Restart Talent. In this role, you will assist in enabling access to learning for individuals and groups of children, contributing to the development of a positive and nurturing environment within each school you serve.

**About the Role**

As a Teaching Assistant with Restart Talent, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. You will assist teachers by supporting students’ academic and personal growth, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere. You will work closely with both students and teachers to ensure a well-rounded and enriching learning experience.

**Main Areas of Responsibility**

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and supporting children in 1:1, group, or whole-class settings to ensure their safety and access to learning
- Collaborating with teachers to develop resources and strategies that support each child’s unique learning needs
- Assisting with the evaluation of student progress through agreed assessment activities
- Providing regular feedback to teachers on student progress, achievements, and challenges
- Leading small group sessions and interventions to further support students' learning needs

**Qualifications & Experience**

- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience working directly with young people in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage your own workload and work effectively as part of a team
