**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Serving on the tills is the biggest part of the job.
- lifting/carrying stock.
- stock replenishment.
- ,internal and external cleaning.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- you will learn about BP Fuel Management so you can offload petroleum tankers.

**Requirements**:

- You **WILL** be required to work overtime to cover holidays and sickness.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.28 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
