Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform grounds maintenance tasks
- Carry out landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and pruning
- Maintain garden areas by watering, fertilising, and mowing lawns
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Assist in the construction of outdoor structures and pathways
- Perform digging and soil preparation for planting
- Undertake general groundskeeping duties to keep the outdoor areas clean and tidy

It may be required from time to time to train new Members of the team that have varied levels of experience, however they should be trained to both industry and company standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to use hand tools and mechanical equipment effectively
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and plant care
- Proficiency in operating power tools for outdoor tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
