Estate Services Team Leader

Estates Team Leader Warwick District Council – Housing Services Team Full‑time, 37 hours per week (hybrid – home and on‑site visits). A valid UK driving licence is required. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and support a team of eight Estate Officers, ensuring delivery of quality estate services. Provide day‑to‑day leadership of customer‑focused estate services and manage fire safety across all housing blocks. Oversee the provision of high‑quality grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services to uphold a high standard for neighbourhoods. Support staff development and performance, ensuring professional growth and compliance with council policies. Contribute to the planning and execution of estate maintenance schedules, budgets and contracts. Key Requirements Experience in estate or property management and leadership of a service team. Strong knowledge of safety and fire‑safety regulations within residential estates. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid UK driving licence and willingness to attend meetings at council offices and on‑site in Warwick District. Availability to travel to office and site as required; travel costs are the responsibility of the successful candidate.
