Front Desk Concierge required for a luxury good brand, based in their London Head Office - permanent.
To act as the first point of contact for visitors and is responsible for providing strong secretarial and administrative assistance in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Establish & manage the visitor journey - creating a 5* hotel style visitor experience.
- Establish & run intuitive office concierge for staff service.
- Ad hoc travel support - primarily for small groups & trainings, Directors
- Taxi reservations
- Office catering bookings
- Restaurant reservations
- Local area expertise
- Office animations in collaboration with the Office Manager
- Staff birthdays
- Manage shift patterns to ensure the Front Desk is covered as necessary.
- Managing any complaints & reporting building issues on the Maintenance App.
- Manage the outlook meeting room system & provide technical support to staff with meeting room AV system in collaboration with IT.
- Ensure meeting rooms are serviced by Front Desk Host.
- Manage entry system - office keyholder list and fob replacements.
- Keyholder responsibility.
- Manage Front Desk Host & cover lunch, holidays & sickness
My role is 5 days per week from Monday to Friday.
- Shift 1: 8.15am to 4.45pm
- Shift 2: 10.45am to 7.15pm (must be flexible across both shift patterns)
