**Head Concierge.**

As a Key Ambassador of The BoTree Hotel, our **Head Concierge** role is to deliver a warm welcome to all our guests. Our **Head Concierge** will ensure that through the promotion of knowledge, expertise and personality a seamless first and lasting impression of the hotel is delivered, creating an incredible guest experience.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Working with the Front of House Manager to develop the concierge departmental standards
- Plan, direct and coordinate the delivery of Concierge activities
- Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within your department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.
- Ensure our concierge team delight our guests with highly rated recommendations
- Build and create strong community relationships, in order to ensure our guests, receive an excellent service at recommended venues.

**What we would like you to bring**:

- An up-to-date membership to the Golden Keys.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.
- Previous, relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Senior lead experience of Guest Experience functions; VIP handling, guest journey communication,
- Understanding and sharing our values: Truth, Love and Compassion.
