**Salary**: £28,000 to £34,000 dependent on experience
**The Role**
There has never been a more exciting time to join our rapidly growing marketing team. As a UI Designer you will be working closely with the UX team and will be responsible for designing our digital customer journey.
You will work on a real variety of exciting projects to help us deliver the best in class the user experience and will bridge the gap between the UX team and front-end developers by delivering exceptional UI designs, flows and concepts

**Responsibilities**
- Gather stakeholder requirements
- Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts for stakeholder review
- Liaise regularly with lead UI designer
- Attend meetings to discuss and review progress on the project
- Write reports and communicate the results of your work
- Identify possible a/b test iterations as a result of proposed designs
- Collaborating with the e-commerce, CRM and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and web standards
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all platforms
- Transforming wireframes into polished designs
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
- Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events

**Desired Skills**
- Commercial experience as a UI designer
- A high level of concentration and resilience to stay focused on a project to the end and meet deadlines
- Experience working with style guides/libraries/design systems
- Experience working with adobe creative suite; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere / After effects (optional)
- Innovative thinker with the ability follow up with execution
- Empathy with the customer so that you can understand what they want from the website/app
- Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail
- An aptitude for using a logical, step-by-step approach to ensure designs are user friendly and simple for end users
