As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership and manage successful recruitment activities across the organisation to support business growth and transformation, utilising a range of recruitment tools to maximise talent acquisition and to buildthe brand.

Our client is one of the largest and most respected property management companies with a portfolio spanning over 127,000 households across the UK.

**Description**
- Take ownership and coordinate all recruitment activities with the recruiting line manager/director.
- Personal delivery of Property Management, Accountancy, and snr roles across the business.
- Line management of a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus to the back office and customer contact centre recruitment.
- Administer the placement of all vacancy advertising on both internal and external sources, such as the company intranet, website, and job boards etc.
- Liaise with external partners such as recruitment agencies (where required), job boards and other advertising providers.
- Utilising Recruitment+ ATS ensure that accurate and suitable job offers are made in an efficient and timely manner.
- Using Recruitment+ ATS produce and maintain monthly reports and statistics on recruitment activity.

**Profile**
- Proven experience of recruitment and talent acquisition (in house or agency).
- Preferably experience of recruiting in the property or built environment is advantageous.
- Experience of Applicant Tracking Systems and technology to on-board new recruits.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective team player.
- Presents information verbally and in writing with clarity and credibility.
- Travel to other offices throughout the UK where necessary.
