They are now searching for a commercially fearless Senior Sales Manager to accelerate growth and take their national sales engine to a new level. The Opportunity This is not a maintenance role. It's a build-and-scale mandate at the heart of a business that already commands major frameworks, deep dealer relationships, and a nationwide operational footprint. Whilst you will inherit strong brand equity, a loyal client base, and serious delivery capability your impact will come from shaping the next phase of commercial expansion. From strategic bids and large-scale workplace programmes to furniture, fit-out, and ergonomic solutions, you'll be working in the commercial division of a company that intends to dominate the next decade of workplace transformation. What We're Looking For This opportunity is designed exclusively for senior commercial leaders already established within the office-furniture, contract-interiors, workplace consultancy, or FF&E ecosystem. You'll need to bring: A proven track record of being a high-performing sales professional in the office furniture, workplace solutions, dealer networks, or project-led interior fit-out sector. Deep understanding of commercial furniture supply chains, dealer-led sales cycles, manufacturers, frameworks, bid/tenders processes and end-user engagement. Experience winning and delivering large-scale commercial projects (public and/or private sector) and multi-site programmes. Strong sales ability, forecasting discipline, and the ability to influence board-level decision-making. The hunger to take a respected business and push it into its next phase of market dominance.
