**About the Role**
Join our dynamic team as a **Bookings Team Lead**, where you'll oversee and support the growth and performance of our Bookings Department. Reporting to the Bookings Manager, you'll lead by example—coaching, training, and developing a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service while driving revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members to ensure high performance and engagement
- Supervise daily bookings, optimize scheduling, and ensure efficient customer journeys
- Act as the go-to person for team queries, providing expert support and escalating when necessary
- Conduct regular team reviews, sample checks, and feedback sessions to maintain service excellence
- Ensure shift patterns align with business demands, covering peak periods and unplanned absences
- Identify efficiencies in workflows, update SOPs, and implement best practices
- Motivate the team through incentives, training workshops, and a positive work environment
- Act as a senior point of contact for queries, ensuring GDPR compliance and service quality

You’re a proactive and organized leader who thrives on training, developing, and inspiring others. With a passion for customer service and operational excellence, you’re ready to make an impact.
- Strong coaching, communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & manage workloads efficiently
- Tech-savvy—familiar with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Previous leadership experience is a bonus but not essential
- **Note**:_This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings and bank holidays supporting our extended operating hours._
