**Senior Business Analyst - Finance**

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to oversee the implementation of a new Target Operating Model for the Finance operations for a fintech company.
The Project will entail
A complete review of the existing finance operations to identify gaps to design and implement a new Target Operating Model (People, Processes and Technology). The key areas of focus will be:

- Understand the current 'As Is’ Finance process and identify areas of improvements which can be delivered as part of the project
- Implement a new General Ledger system (SUN systems) including the creation of new Chart of Accounts, Nominal codes to support the population of the GL
- Implement an automated Financial Reconciliation system to enable daily reconciliation of financial transactions relating to the property business
- Ensuring a robust process is in place to support a reconciliation of the numbers in the GL system to the Core Servicing system
- Identify reporting requirements (Operational & Regulatory) and create a model that enables a single source of truth to improve efficiency and accuracy of data
- Working with the Finance team to define and build Finance Models to support the reporting of mortgage products e.g., EIR

Experience Required:

- 5years working as a Finance Business Analyst
- Experience Implementing and working with general ledger systems
- Experience building automated transaction reconciliation for financial transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Some supervisory experience and can demonstrate the ability to support and enable a team through change
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence at all levels
- The ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise workload with a flexible & proactive approach is crucial.
- Experience working with third party (SAAS) Providers across the entire software development lifecycle to implement core banking technologies
