We are looking for a warehouse Customer Service Administrator at our Control Tower in the Wellingborough site (NN8 6BS). The role will be Monday - Friday working 09:00 - 17:30 and will offer a salary of £25,854 per annum.
As a warehouse Customer Service Administrator you will provide effective, efficient, timely and professional administrative support to meet customer contract requirement. Planning deliveries based on product availability and customer requests. Preparing and processing relevant delivery documents.

What you will do
Deal with customer queries about deliveries and collections and ensure that all all-relevant reports are sent to the customer at the agreed times
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as the key customer contact for delivery / Pod queries
Ensure all customer records and spreadsheets are updated and shared in accordance with departmental procedures
Raising any perceived or actual problems with line manager at the earliest opportunity to effect timely resolution
Maintain and improve current working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring a professional standard of communication in a timely manner, building trust confidence
Ensure all company procedures including Health and Safety are adhered to, including absence, performance, standards of behaviour, taking due consideration of company values
To ensure all customer records and spreadsheets are updated and shared in accordance with departmental procedures.
Effectively investigate customer queries in relation to orders, deliveries or collections undertaking appropriate root cause analysis and a problem-solving approach to identify and resolve issues.
