Bar Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for bar stock procurement.
- Train new staff in hospitality practices, serving techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
