**Project Director - Luxury Interior Fit Out**

A well-established main contractor is looking for an experienced Project Director for Luxury Interior Fit Out projects in London.

The Project Director will be joining the company during a period of expansion and development.

**The Company**

The successful Project Director will be joining an awarding winning interior fit-out contractor with a reputation for excellence craftmanship and project delivery within a variety of sectors including hotels, residential, commercial, and more.

With over 45 years of experience in the industry this company delivers high-end turn-key solutions from design, manufacturing and planning to site management and installation.

**The Project Director Role**

The Project Director is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to client satisfaction and prime craftmanship.
- Manage project budgets and deliver projects within that budget
- Ensure that client's specifications are met
- Participate in value engineering to maximise project contribution
- Manage project plans and ensure the resources are organised to meet those plans
- Effectively manage project resources i.e. sub-contractors and staff
- Liaise with clients on project progress
- Develop relationships with clients
- Ensure high standards of health and safety

**The Project Director - Requirements**
- 7+ years Project Management experience
- Extensive Luxury Fit Out experience
- Experience in delivering high end fit out projects up to £50M+
- Ability to build successful customer relationships
- Client focused and results driven with strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Trades background with extensive management experience
- Ability to produce programmes and reports
- Sound commercial awareness
- Excellent literacy and IT skills
- Great leadership, organisational and communication skills
