Core tasks:
- Daily monitor of site standard, performance and adherence contractual agreement- Review and challenge on daily KPI reports provided by 3PL in line with agreed SLA’s and objectives.- Provide site with weekly sales and inbound forecasts for manpower planning and review previous week.- Support STL in weekly & monthly reviews with 3PL of SLA’s & KPI’s- Investigate issues and provide RCA for feedback internally- Ensure Import and Export legal compliance through checks and audits throughout the process.- Monitor 3PL in relation to order integrity from place of origin to our customers- Mapping of the warehouse stock and reporting of the differences, stock correction (System Based) Lost & Found- Be the main interface to the 3PL & Gardena Sales, After Sales, Finance, Quality, IT, Controlling- Drive 3PL to provide value added services, whilst been lean and using 5S standard- Minimise potential for import demurrage costs through proactive inbound planning and regular reviews with suppliers

**Requirements**:
- Applicants must be enthusiastic and self motivated with a strong desire to achieve results- Excellent communication skills and relationship builder- Previous experience with Import & Export- A team player who is able to work independently and has a self starter attitude- Commercially astute, numerate and with an appreciation for pricing, costs and profitability- Shows initiative and a desire for development- Good time management skills- Computer literate using Microsoft Packages- Full UK driving licence- Minimum 3-5 years experience with external Service Provider Management and warehouse and transport Management- Knowledge of Lean-concepts in the area of logistics, project management experience- Clear and open communication skills on all levels with a high customer orientation- Strong analytical, structured and goal oriented working skills- Able to coordinate our product flows between different stake holders having an E2E view- Highly flexible, willing to travel mainly between Aycliffe and Doncaster
