HR Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a manufacturer company based in Fordingbridge. This is a part time, maternity cover contract for up to 12 months.
- Prepare and manage paperwork for new starters, inductions, contracts and offer letters
- Ensure pay review paperwork are up to data and distribute this paperwork to managers.
- Keep online system up to data and set up new starters on HR system.
- Record all sickness in folder, and overtime each month on the system
- Organise and assist with summer placements or work experience
- Liaising any issues with managing director or personnel manager
- Assist with any other administration duties when required
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a HR Administrator
- Confident in all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Have a good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with a HR system

This position is a part time, maternity cover contract for up to 12 months. This role is working 19.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 13:00pm. The salary is £26,000 (FTE).
