We are a leading domiciliary care provider looking for an Admin professional to manage service user records and ensure smooth communication between families, agencies, and our care team. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate staff records and quality assurance documentation
  • Manage recruitment activities, including posting adverts and screening CVs
  • Conduct background checks and compliance verifications
  • Assist with annual leave approvals and rota coordination
  • Collate and analyse staff feedback surveys and exit interviews
  • Party to our scheduling.
  • Liaise with outside agencies to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Be part of our On-Call service.
  • Keep upto date with CQC requirements
  • Willing to 'jump' out of the field for any type of support

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • IT literacy, including in-house software's, and MS Office.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Isnt 'desk-happy'
