The Project Administrator plays a crucial and proactive role within the project team, providing essential support to the Project Manager in coordinating, tracking, and maintaining project progress. This position is key to ensuring that all project activities run smoothly - supporting timely delivery, maintaining documentation accuracy, and keeping all stakeholders informed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple project management systems, maintaining alignment of information and documentation.
- Schedule, coordinate, and host meetings with internal and external project teams, preparing agendas and capturing key actions.
- Track project progress, report on milestones, and flag areas of concern to the Project Manager—particularly potential delays from suppliers or dependencies that may affect customer delivery.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments (e.g. Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Finance) to align project objectives and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of project reports, updates, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in document control, ensuring that all project files, contracts, and correspondence are properly maintained and accessible.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and supporting the development of best practices within the project team.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a Project Administration, Project Coordination, or similar support role (preferably within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment).
- Experience in data tracking, reporting, or document control is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualification or training in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous but not essential.
