We are looking for salespeople to bolster the existing team at our growing enterprise. We have multiple vacancies for salespeople including flexible working hours roles.

Selling a unique service into places of learning that carries a 66% conversion to sale rate, The role will involve:

- Using a call list of 25K contacts you will be selling educational courses by making contact with schools and other places of learning. EG Children’s Homes, Young Offenders Institutions and prisons.
- Establishing contractual deals with councils and other authoritative bodies.
- Identifying decision makers
- Occasional site visits
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with our customers.
- Sales administration
- Driving repeat business
- Driving sales with creative strategies

Working closely with the Managing Director as well as your immediate peers and the rest of the team, you will feel a part of something different. A workplace where your ideas will not only be heard but actively sought.

£500 Bonus after 9 months accumulated service.

There is a tiered commission structure in place:

- £50 for booking a phone call or video meeting with a decision maker for an experienced member of the ATA sales team.
- £100 for booking an in-person meeting with a decision maker for an experienced member of the ATA sales team.
- 10% of the sales value for every course sold by you. (Est. £180-£230). Then a further 5% (£90-£115) of the initial sales value when that education partner repeats for a successive term. (72% of our education partners return for a successive course).

Upon starting you will be given all the information you need to you know to start working towards securing a monthly basic sales wage.

All new starters will be hotdesking. You will be furnished with a HiHi connect phone and tablet system, from where you will be able to carry out all your daily duties. Based on considerations such as volume of sales, those who are successful in the role will progress through a tiered, incentivised programme, gaining benefits such as a monthly basic sales wage, a permanent desk and company laptop and a fast track promotion to sales manager, taking a place in the senior management team.

At ATA you will all be expected to support one another in the best interests of the business although there will be a friendly, heathy level of competition among the sales team.

As a member of the sales team you will constantly be offered tailored incentives such as gift cards, electronics, video games, event tickets, financial incentives and bonuses etc. There is also potential to be awarded an equity share in the company for those who make a marked contribution to growth.

**Salary**: £1,234.00-£5,678.00 per month
