**About the role**:
We are looking for an outgoing, creative and adaptable Brand Promoter to work on behalf of a new optical retailer within M&S Longbridge. Our mission is to help people see and hear more clearly... It's our number one priority. We want to increase awareness of our brand, our location and promote positive customer interactions, with an aim to grow our customer base, sight & hearing test numbers and maximise sales opportunities.
Self motivation and strong communication skills are essential. You will plan daily, weekly and monthly promotional and sales initiatives with the Optical Branch Manager and agree on strategies for success. You will also liaise with the wider store on how best to actualise your ideas.
Have you worked in a promotional role at events? Product demonstrators, advertising/leafleting staff, sales advisors with a proven track record of success? We want to hear from you
You duties will include but are not limited to:
- Converse with passing customer traffic, identifying times and areas that have the highest footfall inside and outside the store - using various promotional techniques to drive engagement.
- Create and deliver attention grabbing tannoys to be played in store.
- Support customer service during busy trading periods.
