Vets Now are the UK’s leading provider of emergency pet care, providing a trusted service to more than 1400 veterinary practices - from 58 dedicated out-of-hours clinics and three 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. You will be joining a dedicated team of Vets, Nurses, Animal Care Assistants, Receptionists in our Coventry clinic.

Support our emergency and critical care service

As the clinic administrator you will report to the Head Nurse and focus on the performance of clinic administrative tasks and meeting administrative deadlines. You will prepare and execute weekly banking tasks, maintenance and surveillance of petty cash records, petty cash float and till cash float. You will also follow-up on unpaid accounts, complete insurance claims and manage filing of clinic paper records. You will be responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of clinic administrative duties overall.

Rota pattern

We are looking for a skilled administrator with the ability to commit to working 10 hours per week in our Coventry clinic over the following rota pattern:
Monday from 09:00 to 14:00

Wednesday from 09:00 to 14:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
