Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Veterinary Nursing Administrator to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Veterinary Nursing Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Veterinary Nursing qualifications.
You will provide first-class customer service, supporting providers with bookings and other
general queries, registering providers and assessors, and scheduling assessments.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with training providers, you will also co-ordinate qualification development meetings.
Additionally, you will:

- Maintain learner records
- Ensure queries are tracked and responded to within set SLAs
- Format and proof-read documents to ensure they comply with house style
- Maintain external communications and our website
**About You**
To be considered as a Veterinary Nursing Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in an administration role
- Experience of providing co-ordination for a team
- Experience of working within a quality-critical team
- Event co-ordination experience
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- A full, valid driving licence due to site location and for travel to events
The ability to produce content and updates for websites would also be advantageous.
