We’re on the look-out for a talented Campaign Manager to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll be challenged with creating consistent and captivating content that entices people to find out more about Redde Northgate Group, our journey,and the career choices we can offer.

**What will you do?**

**We’re open to ideas, what can you bring?** - This a newly created role and we’ve a lot to do.With full backing from your peers, you’ll have scope to suggest and implement concepts for content and campaigns, testing and refining your approachas you go.We’re looking to you to be our in-house expert and we’re keen to use new ways of attracting people to our businesses - so use your imagination, where would you start?

**You can be ‘Techie’ too** - You may not be formally trained and be a ‘Creative’ at heart, but you’ve a great working knowledge of moving image creation and mainstream editing/design packages.You may even have an understanding of SEO andPPC or WordPress templates and basic HTML too.If you can bring the vision, we can help with the rest.

**About you**:

- You’re a social media guru with a great eye for creating dynamic and exciting content across a number of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok & YouTube.
- You have proven previous experience of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, building social media strategies and effectively delivering them within a corporate environment.
- You understand the importance of storytelling being embedded in successful content to bring to life our company culture, brand image & identity.
- You’re an accomplished writer, able to change the voice, tone and pace of content to suit a varied audience and through a number of channels including social feeds, blogs, company careers site and internal bulletins.
