**William Smith Group** are the leading trade supplier to the sign and graphics industry, they are now on the hunt for a new Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their rapidly growing team Offering a whopping **£18,000 salary**, company social events such as BBQs and Christmas parties, and much more, this really is the perfect company to begin your career in Digital Marketing.

As an apprentice, you will be working alongside the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing, managing and optimising the website, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and much more

As well as working alongside the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing you will also have access to a specialist Coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to help guide you on your journey.

In this role, you’ll work towards your **Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification,** delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Manage and optimise William Smith’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly and optimised for search engines
- Assist in the development, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page and bidding optimisations
- Track, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against marketing and business goals

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- £18,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
- 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
