**Job Description**:
AECOM seeks an IT Service Delivery Specialist / IT Program Administrator to join our Corporate IT team. The IT Program Administrator will manage data to-day operations of the PC as a Service Program in Europe, Middle Easte and Africa.
**Responsibilities**:
+ Work closely with AECOM’s PC as a Service provider to ensure a high level of service is being provided.
+ Manage the day-to-day administration of the PC as a Service program:
+ Onboarding hardware management (Reporting, Tracking, Escalations)
+ Offboarding hardware management (Reporting, Tracking, Escalations)
+ PCaaS hardware management (Reporting, Tracking, Escalations)
+ Stock / Order Tracking / Monitoring
+ Daily data updates for Starters, Leavers, and Refresh
+ Dell PC as a Service Performance Monitoring
+ Location Data Monitoring
+ Hardware Stock Management / Forecasting
+ Documenting and communicating processes, procedures, and standards.
+ Drive standardized processes across the region.
+ Working with disposal vendors and the AECOM IT Asset management team
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements
+ Experience with producing data & reports
+ Exceptional customer-facing skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in a Service Delivery/Customer Facing Team
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Basic understanding of IT
