**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Advisor to join us, working with the management teams in the South East region. This includes our sites based in Northampton, Leighton Buzzard, Peterborough, Norwich, Ipswich, West Horndon, Belvedere, Maidstone, Middlesex and Crawley. The location of the applicant is flexible as long as you are based on the patch and able to travel to the depots. This role is full time, Monday - Friday, with an expectation of being out in the depots 3-4 days a week, working from home on the other day/s. There will also be occasional travel to the Head Office in Sheffield.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with the Area Managers and their operational teams, taking responsibility for providing guidance, practical advice and solutions for all people related issues. You will coach, mentor and guide our Depot management teams in all areas including recruitment, engagement and wellbeing activities, absence management, capability and, ER cases. Ensuring all people related activities are managed in line with our company procedures and advice given is consistent with our company standards, employment legalisation and best practice.

**To be Successful, you will**:

- Ideally be CIPD qualified/working towards or have exceptional HR experience
- Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Have experience of working in a multi site business
- Be able to manage change in line with requirements and have a flexible and commercial approach where appropriate
- Be able to manage and prioritise a high workload with good time management and planning and organisation skills
- Ideally have some experience of facilitating local training sessions and workshops or a willingness to learn
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Have a flexible approach to working time in order to meet operational requirements
