Due to the continued focus on the people agenda at Novus, we are looking to recruit to our front-line HR advisory service by recruiting two new Regional HR Advisors (one to cover the South & Midlands with the other covering the North & Scotland region). This is a home-based role with regular travel to our Head Office in Stoke and across allocated regions.

Summary - HR Advisor
We are looking for two Regional HR Advisors to be part of our dedicated People Team that work together to provide great HR performance and excellent service to all stakeholders. Main Responsibilities
- Support the People Partnering Manager in the creation and implementation of regional people plans which support assigned regions in achieving business plans.
- You will advise, coach and challenge our management teams in all areas of our people processes/policies including, probation, sickness absence management, capability, grievances, disciplinary, pay and reward etc.
- Prepare regular reports on regional people data to support the People Partnering Manage in formulating insight and informing the key HR activity within region and companywide
- Update and maintain records of all colleague/manager queries to support the identification of employee relation patterns/trends that may suggest underlying issues
- Work in partnership with the Resourcing, People Services, People Development and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support in the coaching, mentoring and development of People Team colleagues
To be successful in our People team you need to have strong business acumen and commerciality with a desire to embrace digital transformation, enabling you to focus on quality people activity. In addition, you will all required knowledge and experience in the following areas;
- Data and insight
- comfortable with analysing data to develop our services and free up line managers to create an outstanding colleague experience.
- CIPD qualified and have current employment law (including TUPE) and HR best practice knowledge as well as excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a regional based role and will require a clean, full UK Driving License
