**Equans is looking for a HES Team Leader Days to join our team in 2 Marsham St, London SW1P 4DF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**

**Shift times**:Mon-Fri - 0630-1500

**What will you deliver?**:

- To assist with the day to day running of the hygiene and environmental services element of the Marsham Street FM contract.
- Principally to support the Supervisor as required across the department.
- To assist with all aspects of the cleaning and waste management in accordance with the agreed SLA’s.
- To assist with motivating staff to maximise departmental stability, and ensure that a high standard of customer care is maintained at all times
- To assist HES management with the co-ordination the day to day cleaning schedules. This includes monitoring the service with tools such as cleaning monitoring sheets and other processes and to undertake Maximo training for the completion of work orders as required.
- To inform relevant managers of any problems, clients or staff related, and ensure all HR matters are addressed and company procedures are applied accordingly.
- To help co-ordinate and attend staff team briefings as requested by the HES Supervisor.
- To deputise for the Supervisor in their absence.
