A business which has been operating for over 20 years with a solid reputation are looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join their IT Recruitment team in Birmingham. Opportunities for 360 Perm, 360 Contract and 180 Perm Consultants and theseroles would ideally suit those with technical recruitment experience.
As part of a Major Recruitment Group, you will have exceptional development and career progression opportunities. As you can imagine, with a 20 plus year history, the business is already part of lots of frameworks and has an established client base and networkof contacts. With limited restrictions, you will have authority to build your own pipeline of business whilst also tacking advantage of existing business relationships. - Previous recruitment experience in a 360 or 180 capacity.
- Technical recruitment experience, i.e. IT, engineering or similar.
- Able to work with autonomy and self-motivate.
- Proven track record of meeting business and personal goals.

Basic salary is flexible depending on level of experience, track record and expectations and of course will include commission and other incentives.
