**What experience do I need?**

We are looking to speak to you if you have previous administration experience within the Motor Industry, with strong IT skills including Excel.

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and ability to follow robust processes.

**What will I do on a daily basis?**
- Maintain vehicle stock records as per vehicle purchases and sales
- Coordinate preparation of customer orders within the sales department
- Organise registration and taxation of new vehicles
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure required works are completed on new and use vehicles
- Arrange invoicing for vehicle sales
- Collate deal files for handover to customers
- We operate 140 franchise dealerships representing 23 manufacturer car, van, truck, and bike brands across 33 counties in England and Wales._
