**HVAC Sales Estimator / Surveyor**

We are now looking for an HVAC Sales Estimator / Surveyor to join the team at our Derby office on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC estimator and design engineer to join our passionate, family-run business.
Whilst we currently outsource our HVAC consultancy, your role will help us begin the process of bringing these services in-house and move the business to the next level in terms of market position against our competition.

**The Role**
As our HVAC Sales Estimator / Surveyor, you will undertake a range of design and estimating activities, ensuring our customers receive a timely and professional service.
Working alongside our Sales Team, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate organisation, processing, and timely completion of enquiries.
As well as using your technical design understanding to ensure proposals are accurately and competitively produced, the design element of the role will include completing technical submissions, carrying out CAD drawings and designing HVAC systems.
Additionally, you will:

- Quote projects in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with clients and consultants
- Build strong and reliable relationships with key suppliers and internal departments
- Arrange site surveys with clients and book these in via individual diaries
**About You**
To be considered as an HVAC Sales Estimator / Surveyor, you will need:

- Experience within a similar role, estimating for projects worth up to £1m
- Experience working with relevant quoting and product systems
- Evidence of working on several projects simultaneously
- HVAC design experience
- The proven ability to practically understand mechanical engineering processes
- The ability to work with, and explain, complex technical drawings in a clear straight forward manner
- AutoCAD capability
- Great analytical and Microsoft Office skills (incl. advanced Excel)
- A full, valid driving licence
