Hiring Room Attendants for Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone

The salary is £12.25 an hour and the program is flexible, offering a 20-40 hour workweek. Part-time work is also available. The working conditions are welcoming and humane, with lunch included in the hotel canteen. The hotel provides lockers and showers, and if the job doesn't suit you, a fair reference is provided. A working day involves cleaning rooms, receiving daily lists, and cleaning trolleys. The Workzone app is used to calculate hours, request holidays, and view contracts and payslips. Pay is paid every two weeks, and full-time employees have 28 leave days.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Greeting guests and responding to queries.
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming carpets.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
- Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
- Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
- Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.

Room Attendant Requirements:

- Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Physical mobility and stamina.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Professional and polite.
